Here at LifestyleTrish™ we work as hard as we can to keep our virtual shelves fully-stocked, but sometimes we do sell out of a popular tree. If a popular tree is sold out for an extended period of time, an anticipated restock date will be listed on the product's page. We encourage you to join our mailing list so that you may be notified when the tree comes back in stock.

• We are working currently very hard to restock our US, EU, and Australia warehouses. All the products are still available to purchase as we are utilizing our international
warehouse in Hong Kong to ship internationally to meet the demand.
Orders take 5-20 business days (excl. weekends) to be delivered to you and we ship all orders within 24 hours.
• International orders take 15-30 business days to be delivered via International Courier.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please make the subject line 'Change of Address' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that you provided us with the correct email during checkout.
We are currently offering a 30-day risk free return policy, after the delivery of your order! If you would like to return your order, simply contact us and let us know whether you would like to return or exchange your products.
Within 12 hours of ordering, you can cancel your order by contacting. Each order remains in a processing state for 12 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment.
Firstly please make sure that it has been at-least 24 hours since the tracking information said 'Delivered'.
If it still hasn't arrived either your package has been stolen, you have given the wrong address or the shipping carrier has made a mistake. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or free reshipment for these orders. We get a lot of people trying to scam us by telling us the product hasn't arrived when it has.
